Arrived at 12.30 finished at 3.30 pm only for doing roots and blow-dry.
(They told us one person was sick but they were still accepting bookings on Treatwell so quite strange organisation.)
Even though the guys are nice, the job they did on my hair is catastrophic. I just wanted to do my roots (I have blonde hair, dark roots) but the colour they did made they all brassy/orange toned.
They literally took 1 minute to choose a colour, show it to me and as I trusted them I said yes. My roots became all orange / warm tones. Unfortunately it seems they don't have the right knowledge to choose what’s best to do in terms of coloration. I had to redo my roots one day after.
I would not recommend this hairdresser. The guys are friendly but :

Not so great this time. The hairdresser gave me less attention to my hair and was chatting with his mate. A bit disappointed. I wanted a layer like a previous cut but I didn’t get the same. My appointment was rescheduled with confirming and went I got there I still have to wait half and hour till my hair cut.
