Basic needs like water was not there for customers. Bottled water should be served. I got a glass of water with debris in it. Thats was terrible. Apart from that service was great!!!

Vi was so amazing!!! She took the time to listen to what I wanted and fully explained what she was doing and gave great advice. She was so welcoming and an absolutely lovely person to meet. I will definitely be back again, thanks so much!!!

I really loved my blow dry. However, Im 5ft1 and have a short torso from spinal curvature, and my head didn’t reach the wash bowl. I’ve never experienced this in a salon before. They had no cushions to sit on and said they’d never had this problem (which seems odd because i’ve met lots of people with very short torsos, especially elderly people) so I had to squat on the seat for the hair wash which was awkward/ uncomfy.
The blow dry lasted really well and looked great though!
