I was happy with the cut and blow dry, but the stylist was 30 mins late for my appointment. The salon is also very crowded and plays super loud music, so it’s not a very relaxing experience.

Worse experience ever . Was very disappointing experience. I use the salon frequent enough but over years it has lost its customer service and value for money Hair do was a disaster nothing like what I asked them - it fell spar 30 min after leaving the shop. They charged me 50 euro for a very bad hair do and the hairdresser made a million excuses. There was more staff sitting on the chair with their eyes glued to the phones. While customers standing and waiting for a seat to free up. Language skills are poor. I have never held this against them but the experience was so awful that the language barrier was a cherry on top. They really need a proper management in the place. Looks like bunch kids running the shop now. With no respect for customers . Cleanliness- Seats were full of hair from previous customer, the asked to sit On it regardless. Smelly towels ... soap in my ear!! Very bad
