Nobody said hello to me when I arrived so I was standing there. Finally someone considered me and to told me to wait. But did not even invite me to sit. I decided to sit down even though I was not invited to . From my sit I was really shocked with the dirtyness of the salon , clearly it is not cleaned everyday : it is very dusty and hair are everywhere in the salon and they are not freshly cut, this was shocking to me. The cushions in synthetic hair are really to be replaced (not hygienic and ugly) Then a lady asked me to follow her in the other room (as dirty as the first one) To wash my hair in a hair tray full on someone else hair (I had to ask the lady to clean it). My hair was washed at the biggining the lukewarm water and then it was completely cold. The I was asked to sit on a chair , waiting for the person in charge of cutting my hair, it so long I had ask for a hair brush to unravel my hair myself. Then he arrived, he was really nice and I can tell it was not easy for him to work (having not much space around , not being able to sit when cutting my hair on the side). The end result and unfortunately I only noticed it once home : there is one centimeter longer on one side. Also someone kindly asked me if I wanted a tea/coffee but the salon was so uncleaned that I didn’t want to use any of their cups. The positives: The deco in the second room is nice, with a nice wall; the people are nice, there is a nice wibe with everyone speaking Portuguese , the price is ok. My recommendation is to improve the the employees welcome people, to really clean the salon (it really needs it) and to maintain it everyday . To remove the cushions and to brighten the salon: it is too dark.

Really lovely staff, good value for money. Not the most incredible haircut but what I needed. Would recommend
