I'm a repeat client for a reason. Lovely salon, excellent treatments & quality products. Ieva and Alissa are truly talented. Noir is the only nail bar I trust, and I have tried all of 'the best'. Book well in advance & allow an extra 10-15 mins for your appointment, because they will spend the time ensuring your prep. & nails are perfect before you leave.
