The time scheduled is not respected, there is one girl who knows the job and she is clearly overwhelmed sorting out everything, someone else take the shellac off, then you need to stay waiting for other person to do your nails. Instead of being a self care, it was a source of stress. They need more staff or scheduling less clients.
