Mei was excellent, my nails were in really bad condition after being filed too much in a previous salon. Mei sorted them out perfectly and made sure they were in a condition where they will grow stronger in the future. I won't be going to any other salon from now on!

Im coming to this salon for the last two years and my experience was always10/10. I usually ask to use hot wax on me as much as possible since I know my skin best and know what's best for me. This time hot wax was used only on small area despite asking about it. As a results I ended up with nasty infection in the area. This has never happened before when I'm with the other girl. Also waxing wasn't finished. Not all (even long hair) were removed.
