Despite being cheap, this was just a really unpleasant experience. I almost left half-way through the treatment.
The therapist was very rough with my hands, using a course nail file to buff my nails which scraped my skin raw, and ripping my cuticles off with blunt scissors. After I told her what she was doing was painful, she just continued and didn't apologise. She also kept hitting my hands to get them to relax. The gel polish itself was okay but it was quite lumpy.
