Place would look much more appealing if it was tidy and clean, was shocked at how dirty it was. also the staff didn't know i was booked in although i had booked through the app. when washing my hair a used wet towel was put around my neck, felt very uncomfortable, although great value and was happy with the end result, would not go back.
