Always a great manicure but there seems to always be issues with booking online - they never seem to have the booking in their diary. Luckily I could be seen at the time I booked.

Absolutely filthy. Lots of other customers say this too. The toilet wash hand basin was full of used teabags, dirty knives and forks, dirty bowls for melting wax and brushes. A real health hazard. How is it still open? Disgusting.
