The salon did not have availability at the time that I booked on the app. When I arrived for my rescheduled appointment they were still overbooked. I waited 20mins and when they were finally nearly ready to see me, I was taken into a filthy treatment room. Even the floor was really dirty, so I would hate to know what state their equipment and products are in.
