While the staff were absolutely lovely, the salon itself could definitely do with a good revamp.

First of all the Treatwell app wasn't showing them people who had booked in, so they were visibly annoyed when I turned up and I was left waiting for at least half an hour. My stylist was very rough doing my hair. The place is very untidy and dirty. I was happy with the style itself but the experience was not pleasant. Would not return.
