Im coming to this salon for the last two years and my experience was always10/10. I usually ask to use hot wax on me as much as possible since I know my skin best and know what's best for me. This time hot wax was used only on small area despite asking about it. As a results I ended up with nasty infection in the area. This has never happened before when I'm with the other girl. Also waxing wasn't finished. Not all (even long hair) were removed.

Mei is always amazing. The quality of shellac manicure by her is the incredible. She pays such attention to detail and never fails to amaze with her quick (yet meticulous) technique.
