Such a lovely, relaxing experience. Very friendly staff and great attention to detail. Ensured I was comfortable at all times and even offer tea/coffee/water which was a lovely touch. Shellac nails turned out great and absolutely loved the eyebrow and lash tint. My 1st time there but will definitely be back! Great value for money!!

Lady who greeted me was very nice & was very attentive. However the lady who did my pedicure seemed to almost attack my feet and was quite rough and cut my nails, especially my big toes too short which meant the skin was covered in polish which I had to remove myself when I got home.
In saying that the hard skin on my feet was removed and I do love the colours on my toes.
- unfortunately the boiler was broken so the spa had to be filled with water from a kettle which meant the water was only lukewarm.
Aside from the above, prices are very competitive and I probably would return
