I initially booked for gel refills which were €36 and then was told it would be and extra €5 but somehow was charged €50 at the till. When getting my treatment, my cuticles were cut and bleeding and the brush that is used after filing was used and touched where I was bleeding which I don’t think was sanitary at all.
