Appointment was delayed. They did apologize for it but I felt the delay impacted the service received. They charge more than other salons so you would expect better service and it wasn’t the case. Also the smell of chemicals in the salon was a bit uncomfortable. Nails look very good though. Hopefully they’ll last !

The salon is very nice and clean, central and easy to find. There is a big disparity between the prices listed for threading on treatwell and the price you pay at the salon (on treatwell lip & chin was listed as €13.50. I paid cash at the salon and it cost €25. To be honest, €25 is more in line with the price of threading elsewhere so I wasn't really surprised but it should be stated at the time of booking).
The staff were very friendly and thorough. I was very happy leaving the salon. I did break out in a number of spots on my neck where it looked like I might have been nicked by thread. I do have sensitive skin though. I would probably go back again and warn then my skin is sensitive before!

Rachel is amazing! My nails look fantastic and she did a great job shaping them and dealing with my cuticles too.
