I booked an appointment for 7:30 for a spray tan. I arrived and the salon appeared shut. I rang the bell for about 15-20 minutes, called the phone number, and sent them a Facebook message - but got nothing back. In the end I just left as it was clear that they seemed to have decided to close early. I understand things can come up, but there was no excuse for not cancelling my appointment whatever the circumstances were. I drove into the city centre for nothing, and am now due to attend an event tomorrow wearing a backless dress without a spray tan. At least had they the manners to cancel, I could have made alternate arrangements. So disappointing.
