I graduated in Physiotherapy in Brazil in 2015, establishing a solid foundation in human body care and rehabilitation. Since then, I have continuously sought to enhance my expertise through various specialized courses. I have refined my skills in Dry Needling, an effective technique for treating trigger points and muscle pain. Additionally, I have specialized in sports massage and myofascial release, methods that assist in muscle recovery and improve tissue mobility. I have also dedicated myself to the study of lymphatic drainage, a technique that promotes toxin elimination and reduces edema, as well as relaxing massage, focusing on stress relief and the promotion of well-being. My experience further encompasses post-operative treatment, where I work on functional recovery and the prevention of complications, as well as approaches for pain relief and rehabilitation, aiming to restore my patients’ quality of life.
