Tomas was excellent, did a consultation before, and talked about stretches after. During the massage he found every tension point in my back, I haven't felt this loose in ages. Definitely the man to see for any stiffness or niggles

Tomas is a really good and highly skilled therapist with an amazing individual approach to yourself, he is very approachable and always happy to offer a bit of an extra insight / tip on whatever you might be needing more balance with in your live at the moment. I cannot recommend Balance Your Life and Tomas himself enough, have been getting treatment from him for something over 3 years now and will definitely continue! He has my and family's full trust!
