All the staff are lovely. The nails are perfect and it's quick so I can pop in at lunchtime. They always have great deals in store. Definitely recommend it.

Water wasn't hot enough even though I sat there for 10 minutes waiting for it to heat up. Was offered no tea or coffee. Guy did not seem experienced with doing curly blow dry. He could not back comb at all! I had to keep on telling him what I wanted. He said he was done even though my hair was all over my face and not styled.
