The service was very friendly but unfortunately my nails have literally been shaved/filed down to the bare minimum during the shellac removal process. Prior to the apt my nails have been very strong and now they have been left the weakest they've ever been. They are bending up and down! The technician has obviously removed most of MY OWN nails, instead of just the shellac. They are incredibly painful and bruised underneath. Will be a long 2+ mth wait until they've fully grown back. Very upset.
