It was Deirdre who cut my hair, she was very professional and listened to my request and looked at the photos I had . Overall I was very happy with the resulting haircut.

I had my appointment booked for 4.30, however I realised that I had an urgent meeting at 4pm so I phoned up the hair salon and explained and asked them for any available time that suited them, they gave me 3.30, I arrived at the salon at 3.29, I was not attended to until 3.45, then at 4.00 in the middle of my blow dry the hairdresser left me to do something else for about five minutes! I was so annoyed as I now was already late for my meeting! I left the salon at 4.15!
