This was a terrible experience. For a treatment that was supposed to last 45 minutes in total, The nail technician spent 40 minutes removing shellac from ONE hand. I had to leave to return to work with a rushed job and my nails were REALLY ruined with marks from the electrical file which I dont think was necessary to remove the shellac I had on. I am looking for a full refund as I had to spend even more money to repair the damage done here. So unprofessional and they seemed totally clueless
