I love the girl who does my treatments, however today I wasn’t very happy with one thing. I had an appointment for one. I got there and the girl was finishing with another client. Of course this was no problem, but then a lady walked in looking for availability. A member of staff (I think possibly the manager, but I am not sure) said to this lady that yes she could be accommodated. The lady was then looked after before I was, making my time begin half an hour after the time that I had booked for. I am generally happy with rainbow and Mia, who looks after me, is fantastic, but this experience irritated me (as much as I hate to say it)
