I was feeling a lot of pain in my shoulder and my back when I woke up during the night. When I went to work, it started to get worse. I decided for the first time to book an appointment. It was my first time getting a massage and I have to admit it, I was a little nervous. Noi, who is ridiculously skilled and so professional. She put me at ease straight away. I told her about the pain I was experiencing and she understood straight away on what needed to be done to fix it. Thank you Noi

I was instructed by the business to arrive earlier than my appointment as they were free. When I arrived I was taken into my room in which was not cleaned and still had dirty towels on the message bed.
My masseuse never introduced herself, asked what type of pressure I wanted or if I had any problem areas or injury (thankfully I didnt). The message itself was okay. I payed for a back head and neck message but only received a back and neck message.
