I first attended here in March for my nails to be done, had heart great things about the twins and their nails and said I'd give it a go, I got another one of their staff members who was certainly not pleasant and took all the length out of my nails even after I asked not to. Last week my partner booked me in for acrylics to be refilled, and I ended up with the same staff member. Again, she was completely unpleasant to deal with, I felt like I was being an inconvenience to her day just being there. This time, my nails were done terribly, not only was I in pain when she continued to file on my nail bed with a machine, but my nails themselves have bumps all over them like the colour has shrunk under the lamp and the edges of my nails aren't painted and are sharp(they keep catching in clothes).
To top all this off, when I was finally relieved that she had finished my nails, I took up my handbag, wished her a good weekend as I headed for the door, to be stopped with a terrible look and a condescending tone and asked "Ehhh, are you not going to fix her up for that". If they had checked their appointments for the day, or she had listened to a word I said, she would have known it was booked and paid-for through Treatwell instead of embarrassing a paying customer in front of the whole salon.
Definitely won't be returning.

LOVELY SALON, lovely welcome by owner and therapist when I arrived. I was very happy with the waxing .Therapist also obliged and fitted me in for eyebrow wax which I hadn't booked. Lovely staff and atmosphere and not to mention how reasonable the prices of treatments are compared to most salons I've used. I will definitely be revisiting.
