Tried to book a patch test for lash extensions over the phone, to which I was told I would be called back at a later time. I received no call back so booked the patch test online, which was fine, and it was confirmed. Drove out to the premises at the scheduled time and it was closed. Rang the salon numerous times to see if I could even reschedule the appointment but couldn’t get through. It’s left very short notice to get something sorted somewhere else before the weekend.
