I got an eyebrow tweeze, not a wax, and some beauticians in the past have pressured me to wax or thread instead. Rosie didn't even mention it - she was great and the service was excellent.

I got the shellac manicure from the trainee. It was so so, not really precise and not really what I asked for. I wasn’t expecting an expert, but I was expecting someone to teach and to correct the trainee when she got it wrong and this didn’t happen.
