Booked & prepaid €50 for shellac. I mixed up the app time-I booked for 12pm but thought I had booked 1pm. I showed up at 1pm and was told by manager that I had missed my app. I asked if they had any other times&she simply said no. She didn’t seem empathetic or willing in any way to accommodate a rebooking or refund. She shrugged her shoulders at me and told me to contact Treatwell. I understand it was my fault I mixed the time up but I was shocked at the lack of professionalism and communication
