I am very disappointed with my haircut from Irma. I asked for a blunt straight bob. My hair was cut unevenly and fringe too short. She is too lazy to blow dry - no brush used. I will never go back. She is rude - customer service is very poor.

I had to reschedule my appointment and the owner had no issue with it which I really appreciated as it was my fault. Staff were lovely!
