quick and efficient but had to ask twice to cut shorter

I had one of the best waxing I've ever had , it was pain free . The staff were so polite and Connie who looked after me was a wonderful lady . I was my first visit to this salon and I will go there in future.

The salon itself is lovely and I found it very pleasant if very quiet. I had a pedicure which initially seemed great. I noticed that the lady nicked one of my cuticles but I didn't pay too much attention at the time as I didn't realise how bad it was. However when I got home I realised the severity of the cut and how sore it is. In addition there are areas of dry skin on my feet that weren't removed or addressed. In addition they only accept cash which is inconvenient and also gives an unprofessional impression. Overall I'm disappointed and won't be returning.
