My initial experience at Salon Kal Lu was poor. I booked online and didn't specify a stylist as their website stated that all stylists were well experienced. Unfortunately this was not the case. I went in for a trim but left with a different, much shorter style, which I was very unhappy with.
However, I later called the manager, who saw me two days later, free of charge, to improve the cut. She also gave me a voucher to return in a couple of months.

I went for my first haircut in over a year. My hair had grown long so I wanted a couple of inches off and graduated at the front. Leah was lovely but unfortunately was out of her depth. When I realised it wasn’t working I told her it looked wrong so she called the manager who took over and tried to rectify it but the damage was done and it ended up much shorter than I wanted. I wasn’t charged and was given a voucher to return for a cut with a senior stylist. Too little too late.

Karim was great very pleasant, professional and very helpful in fiiguring out what to do re a new hairstyle,. He gave me a great cut and fab curly blow dry.
