I didn’t get the lady Lyndsey I specifically booked. When I went into the salon at 2.55pm there were no clients however both 2 staff were having a personal conversation for over 15minutes with no apology. When I finally went in at 3.10pm there was no cut out in the massage table so I uncomfortably had to change my neck position several times this really added to my current neck pain. Once the girl finished massaging me I checked the clock and she only gave me 25mins max even though it was a 30 min pre paid massage. The massage was not good at all. When I went outside to speak to one of them both staff were dealing with new clients so I just left. Very disappointed.

I felt like I was interrupting the therapists day while she was checking her phone for better tan offers,I’m pleased with my tan however the customer service was very poor..
