I always have a fantastic time at Salon Rouge. My hair looks great each and every time. The staff are so friendly and really know their stuff. 5 stars all the way :)

Disappointed with my experience here, I have been to salon rouge several times for either hair or beauty treatments and it’s always been great. The girls are very friendly but somehow lack attention to detail, I had been sitting with hair colour in for an hour and 10 mins before I was even asked if I wanted a cup of tea. When my hair was being washed and before I returned to my seat ,one of the girls dried the excess water off my hair, the towel she used I could smell was dirty, I didn’t say anything at the time as I wasn’t sure if I was imagining it but my hair did smell of wet towel going home. Not only that but the girl who dried my hair did so with such Lack of effort that I had to ask her when she said it was done to blow dry it more. Then she left me without asking if I wanted hair spray or serum. I also went home with dye all over my face that they didn’t care to remove. I hate leaving bad reviews as this salon isn’t bad but staff really need to pay more attention to the clients needs.
