I arrived before my appointment time but was waiting for 15 minutes before I was seen as there was only one member of staff on.

Great value and service . Lovely friendly therapist , very professional . Will definitely be back .

Half an hour into my treatment, there was still no polish on my nails. Staff member had to ask another member of staff details about how best to complete the treatment. Basic things like asking what shape nails were to be filed and whether the booking had been prepaid were completely overlooked. To top it all off, less than 24 hours after my appointment, the polish had come completely off one of the nails.
