Sarah was very nice and professional. Wax seemed very quick but effective and with barely any pain. Would definately return.

I used the Treatwell app to book a eyebrow and lip wax with Sarah, as she has waxed me before and I find her to be the best waxer in the salon. When I arrived I was told that Sarah was unavailabile to take my appointment and if I wanted her I would have to wait 30 minutes. during my appointment I felt as if I had to coach the therapist through my eyebrow waxing and my lip wax was awful. After leaving the salon and looking at my lip in the mirror of my car, it looked like it hadn't been waxed at all! I went back in, and the therapist kindly went over it, although I'm still left with what looks like two week growth on my lip! I am quite at this because I know if I had gotten Sarah in the salon, like I booked on the website so I believe I should have, I don't think I would have had such a bad experience!
