I work in the service industry and I just felt I had to give you this feedback as I would want it myself to insure my staff gave the best customer service experience and created customer loyalty!
The treatment I had done was an IBX manicure. When I arrived the lady on reception was abrupt and unfriendly. She had the same manner with anyone she spoke to on the phone. As front of house I was quite shocked by her demenour and grooming .The cleanliness of the shop was shocking! The floor was dirty, shelves dusty and overall appearance quite grubby,not how it is advertised on your site.
I waited for 20 mins to be seen as the beatician who was looking after me was late. I got no apology and other women who were also waiting were given no apology and made to feel they were being difficult when they queried about they're appointments. They had double booked appointments and it all seemed very unorganised. I totally understand people are late and double bookings happen but I feel had they used more emotional intelligence and cared about their customers needs they could have insured everyone was happy while waiting and resolved alot of unrest then and there.
My treatment was started by one girl who clearly didnt want to be there and barely spoke to me, I felt extremely uncomfortable. She may have been sick which I also understand but if that is the case then dont go to work! It was finished by another girl called 'Lana' who thankfully did a great job. When paying at the till I was charged full price when I should have received a €10 discount as it was my first time booking with treatwell. I happened to smudge a nail while paying and the first beautician I dealt with offered to fix it which I was extremely grateful for ,however the job she did was patchy and bubbly a clear example of her uninterest in being there that day!
I left extremely dissapointed in what could have been a lovely experience which I would have returned to have again and again.
I wont however be returning ever again nor would I reccoment to anyone else I'm afraid!
