While trimming my cuticles 4 out of 10 started bleeding, which left 3 of them actually damaged, red and swollen later. While pushing in my cuticles they were pushed way too far back which resulted in nail polish UNDER my cuticles.
The shellac itself is uneven and messy on the sides.

Have been going to Salon 15 for the past few months. It is spotless, therapists all lovely and very happy with everything I have done. Vaso has done my nails and eyelashes and I can’t recommend her enough. She is a real perfectionist and really nice. Just had brow lamination for first time with Anca who did a great job and she is lovely and friendly. I am really happy with them. It’s so easy to book on line. Can’t fault anything in Salon 15. Everything excellent.
