Ok Shauna has amazing skills! My whole body was basically a knot, and I left feeling amazing. Way more comfortable than I had felt in ages! Also, even though we worked from the legs up, I have more movement in my c-spine than I have had in ages. Thanks so so so so much! I’ll defo be back!
