My hair was not styled the way I wanted it, I was disappointed. The stylist was lovely, but she didn't listen to how I wanted it cut. No books on styles makes for interpetations on how you want your hair styled!

Very friendly staff, made feel very welcome and the offer of tea and coffee or a bucks fizz as it was their 5th birthday was a nice touch. Loved my hair and felt great leaving.
