When I walked into the nail room, Sinead took a phone call which further delayed my appointment. Complained about how she hated filing and how it was such a chore (I get it we all have bad days but don’t complain about your job to clients). After she asked me if I received a loyalty card so I could get in contact if there was any issues, I replied that she didn’t give me one, to which she replied ‘I saw you put it in your bag yes I gave it’ and that was that. Nails were okay but just not a lot of atmosphere and slightly pushy service.

Not hapoy enouhg. Nails are bit lumpy and colour didnt cover all nail. even lenght is not really even on both hand. but staff is nice and pleasant price is good but service could be better.

So friendly and helpful, understood exactly what I wanted and I absolutely adore my nails. Amazing value and I felt pampered ♥️
