As soon as I walked into this spa I felt immediately relaxed. The staff were very friendly and I was given an option of having a glass of prosecco on arrival while I waited for the nail technician (Sinead, so I'm told). She came out to greet me for my appointment and brought me into her private nail bar and we chatted all sorts while she did my gel manicure. Very lovely woman. I'm very happy with my nails and felt all ready to go for my christmas party! Definitely will be going back. Thank you girls!

It was my first time having acrylics done. Sinead was very accommodating and really made sure I came out happy with my nails! Highly recommend!

I love love loved my treatment, Sinead made me feel so welcome, tea/coffee or prosecco with refreshments the works! It’s actually inside the stunning Cloud Nine Spa in the Dawson hotel so I really got VIP treatment. No in and out conveyer belt style nails. I will come here again. Thanks girls
