I never write bad reviews but this was a disappointing experience with Amy. She lacks customer service & is quite rude with customers: 20 mins late, cut 3 of my fingers & was completely unaccommodating when the salon made a mistake with my booking. Although the salon apologised, Amy somehow gave out to me for their mistake? I haven’t been given out to like that since school. Particularly odd & honestly upsetting since I wasn’t at fault. All the other girls are lovely, I’d just avoid Amy.
