The enthusiasm from all the staff was infectious when I asked for a 1980's blowdry....everyone got involved and they even found a bow to help with the MADONNA look. 👍

I have been going to Shampoo for two years now. I’ve always found the staff to be excellent.
I was lucky enough to get an appointment on the 4th day after reopening of the salon but I was a little anxious about going. I needn’t have been! I felt very safe from the moment I arrived and I got excellent service!!

Very disappointing experience. After getting an email confirmation, a text message asking me to drop by for a patch test and a reminder of my appointment, I went to the salon to be told that they didn't get an email confirmation from Treatwell and didn't have anyone who could attend to me. The receptionist apologised but couldn't offer any slot at a later time as their stylists were completely booked. The next available slot is for next week. Receptionist didn't take my number to offer me a slot. I wasn't really offered anything to make things right, for this grave inconvenience. I think its fair to say that the experience was annoying, disappointing and a complete waste of my time.
