The appointment was for my daughter to have a cut and blow dry, I asked for it to be straightened as she had that done before at this salon with the Steampod. I made the booking on Treatwell at a price of €26 but was charged €31 at the salon. We live on the same road so my daughter made her own way home. The appointment took less than half an hour and her hair was not straight. When I asked why she didn’t tell the hairdresser that she wasn’t happy she said the hairdresser was rushing to look after the next person. I ended up having to straighten her hair myself which is ridiculous having paid €31. Unfortunately will not be using this salon again

Staff are lovely here but wasn't totally satisfied with cut. Good value for money, however.
