I decided to get a haircut so I logged on to the website that morning and booked for 4pm. I arrived at 4 and just had to wait 2 or 3 minutes while the hairdresser finished working on a lady's hair. I'm usually offered a cup of tea (nice touch!). I was given a no fuss haircut - perfect and I was back home by 4.20pm. I was very happy with the haircut and it's great to be able to book on line.
