I wouldn’t come back as the room was quite dirty, she left me three times during the service (opening the door to the main area whilst I was having a Hollywood wax, which I really objected to), left wax on too long so it went dry and was more painful to remove, and rescheduled my appointment without asking as soon as I booked it because she was running late. I’m only giving her 2/5 rather than 1/5 because she was pleasant to talk to in spite of these things, but I won’t be returning in future.
