Pooja was very professional and helped me make the right decision. she has done my nails before and the results are fantastic every time, my nails look great and it last for a long time (5/6 weeks, only refill needed). Love BIAB! tried acrylic nails before & it destroyed my nails.... never again

Pooja is an incredible beautician with a great eye for detail specific to client. I booked for eye brow waxing and she checked in to see if I’d prefer threading and explained both processes to me. She is caring, friendly and excellent at her trade. I also got a Yumi lash lift and I continue to get compliments on my lashes. She is truly gifted at being a beautician and takes the care to look after her clients
