Lots of issues with paying via pay pal. Manager claimed she didn’t receive the payment from Treatwell so told me I couldn’t get my massage unless I paid again as I was undressing. I refused as I had already paid and was asked to leave. Only once I left and opened a dispute with PayPal did the manager call me back to apologize as she had received the payment. Very unorganized customer service. Massage was okay, but the problems with service ruined the experience.

My masseuse was absolutely incredible. I work a job that has me on my feet for long hours, so I desperately needed treatment. They did not disappoint! Very warm welcome and admirable professionalism. They have earned a new client and I will be recommending them to my friends and family!
