Booked an appointment for tomorrow & got a call today saying that they have to reschedule. They couldn't accommodate me before my holiday in 2 days and when I told her her it would be damn near impossible to get another appointment before my holiday she laughed and said Im sure I could get one. Very rude and not understanding of the predicament they have put me in. Monies for the treatment has already been paid and they couldn't tell me how or when the money was to be refunded. Very unprofessional & I accommodating will never book with this company again, very disappointed.
