I have actually already emailed the salon directly about my experience and heard nothing back. I wasn't going to leave feedback here but I'm so disappointed. The massage physically was brilliant however .... The therapist was so rude and very unfriendly from the moment I arrived until the moment I left. she was also listening to a podcast or a talk show through headphones but on extremely loud and it was impossible to relax and all I could hear.I wouldn't recommend this place at all
